Shipping Information

Most orders we receive by 3pm Pacific time, will be shipped the next business day, subject to backorder items if out of stock. If your order includes more than one item, they may be shipped separately, but we will only charge you once for shipping.

We will email you a confirmation of your order including the total charge. We will notify you by email if any item that have been backordered or canceled.

There are three options if any items you request are out of stock temporarily: a) ship in-stock items immediately and cancel all other items; b) ship in-stock items immediately and backordered items as they become available; and c) hold the order until all items are available. Please indicate how you prefer your order handled, should and item be backordered.

In all cases, we will notify you by email of your order status.

The charges for shipping are as follows:

• $7.50 with the discretion of being adjusted if necessary.
